Duaij Raed Al-Saleh is the Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Clearing Company. He is also the Vice Chairman of Kuwait Clearing House, a subsidiary of Kuwait Clearing Company, which is responsible for the clearing and settlement of securities at Boursa Kuwait.

Al-Saleh is a leading member in the planning and developing committee of the Capital Market Authority’s project the “Market Development Program”, where he played a key role in Kuwait’s reclassification to Emerging Market status by three major international indices: S&P Dow Jones, FTSE Russell and MSCI.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kuwait University and a Diploma in Financial Market Operations from the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) and University of Reading, UK.

Duaij Al-Saleh has over 20 years of experience in the post trade field, 9 years of which were spent in the market development field.
