Mr. Al-Shatti possesses over 18 years of professional experience in the investment sector, which began with an engineering training program at the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. He then moved to the Private Equity Department at Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz).

In 2006, he joined Aayan Leasing and Investment Company, where he steadily rose through the corporate ranks and has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer since 2020. He currently holds board memberships in several investment and real estate companies across the GCC, including Chairman of Mubarrad Holding Company and Vice Chairman of Aayan Real Estate Company, among others.

Academic Qualifications:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering – Kuwait University.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder.
